Jessica Chastain looks well put together with Alexander McQueen

You know someone’s star is gaining momentum when they’re photographed week after week with a brand new, uber covetable designer bag on their arm. Jessica Chastain is making yet another appearance on PB this week, and this time she’s carrying the oxblood Alexander McQueen Heroine Bag. The Heroine is available in a wide range of colors – we’re quite partial to this bright orange version, available for $2,995 at Neiman Marcus.

Jessica was snapped in this fab purple-toned ensemble outside a theater in NYC where she’s starring in a play called “The Heiress”. (Love that trench!) At this point, I believe Ms. Chastain is even outpacing Miranda Kerr in PB appearances. We’ve already documented the majority of her bag collection (as of 2012) in “The Many Bags of Jessica Chastain”, and of course, her taste is absolutely sublime. You’ll notice her extensive sunglasses collection almost deserves a post all its own – Jessica has a penchant for dramatic eyewear styles.

That are the summer-to-fall transition, maybe not the spring-to-summer transition that we are all experiencing at this time. Is all this discussion about heading into fall driving anyone else crazy? Even though I am the one doing most of it in these parts, it’s about to shove me off the deep end, therefore I know that a few of you’ve probably noticed. Fall seems like a distant dream with temperatures rising and the unofficial start of summer just passing mere days before, but style waits for no woman, also Pre-Fall and Fall 2011 are everywhere. The Alexander Mcqueen Wallet Sale Calf Hair Crossbody might not ship until early September, however at the very least, it is the type of piece that you can wear immediately upon arrival instead of waiting for the weather to turn genuinely cold. That may be of small comfort, but summertime in the fashion industry is deathly slow, and we have to talk about something. So drop it is!Obviously, the very best part of this bag is the fiery orange-red colour. The colour is seasonless and bold, and the gold hardware brings out a number of the dept that would otherwise be missing. The haircalf texture also adds depth, and the result is a color so wealthy and attention-getting that I absolutely must have something within this colour in my own wardrobe. I also would not be opposed to finding a nail polish inside this colour, and if my bank account is still looking wholesome when this tiny bag comes out, I might just add it to my own cupboard too. Purchase through Neiman Marcus for $2345.
